Ingredients
1 box of orzo pasta
butter or parkay spray butter for no fat option
1 bag of frozen mixed peppers and onions
pepper and pepper to taste
Italian seasoning to taste
Parmesan cheese

Preparation
melt butter in large skillet or wok
Put peppers in butter to cook
cook pasta as directed in separate pan
while pasta is cooking peppers will cook down
when pasta is done drain and add to peppers
add seasoning and cheese to taste
