Supporting Families
We are out in the community making a difference for families. Our goal through sponsorship is to keep the listings inexpensive for businesses so that businesses and organizations - large or small can afford to list which in turn gives parents the most comprehensive information and allows them to make better choices. We are also committed to keeping this site free for families so that all parents have access to it.  

Your business has the opportunity to show Indianapolis that you are committed to supporting families by giving them a free resource through your sponsorship. IndyParentSource.com wants to align with businesses that may not be the right fit for listing on the site but that do offer families a great service.          

 

Limited Sponsorship
We have 4 levels of sponsorship with limited space for each level. These sponsors will be the only businesses with logos on our site. Your logo will also link families to your website. We have worked hard to create an organized site that is tasteful, not distracting and easy to navigate. Your business will benefit through continued name recognition with the thousands of families using the site. Sponsorship is for the local IndyParentSource.com site.          

 

IndyParentSource.com was not set up to be just another website that is focused on advertising, pop up windows and banners. All businesses that are listed on our resource pages are listed with information that assists the parents so that they can make good choices for their family. Logos are not shown in our regular business listings therefore you can be assured that the limited sponsors on the site will stand out and will not be competing with the business listings.

Site Sponsor / $3,000 per year OR $1,000 per quarter

• Your logo will be on every page of IndyParentSource.com with links to your site (120+ pages).
• Same benefits as the Basic business listing package with a listing under our Local Resources directory.
• Your business will be profiled in 1 of our e-newsletters.
• Your business will also receive 1 parent e-newsletter logo link per quarter (or an option to do an article or tip).
• Your business will receive 2 business e-newsletter logo links annually.
• Your logo will be included in all of our marketing materials.
• Your logo will be on all of your calendar events.

IndyParentSource site sponsorship is limited to 6 sponsors per year.  We will not place competing site sponsors on IndyParentSource.com.  Site sponsors have first priority each year to renew their sponsorship.

Page Sponsor / $2,000 per year

• Pick a page: Event Calendar, Classifieds, Main Resource Page, Business Listing Page…
• Your logo/link will be at the top of a specific page.
• Your logo will be on all of your calendar events.
• Your logo will be in 1 e-newsletter per year.
• Your business will be profiled in one of our e-newsletters.

E-Newsletter Sponsor / $1,500 per year

• Exclusive space on 24 e-newsletters sent out to families in Indianapolis.
• Your logo will be on all of your calendar events.
• Your business will be profiled in one of our e-newsletters.

In-Kind Sponsorship

• Promotion in 2 newsletters value $125.
• Listing on the IndyParentSource.com event calendar with your logo  value $125
• A personal Event page for 1 week on the site value $300
• A logo & link on our Families Giving Back page for 1 week  value $150
• A description on Non-Profit Wish List for 2 weeks to promote your organization’s needs value $300
• A "Current Highlights" listing on our Weekly Updates or homepage (1 week) value $300
• A "Red Bar Link" on every page of site (1 week) value $400
• Short article/tip in Newsletter value $150
• Classifieds: Logo & link posted at top of page (1 month) value $800

• An opportunity to give away tickets to your event for our newsletter contests for even more visibility. (Non-profit will provide a minimum of 4 tickets to event.)

Misc. Details: 

 

• We can post all your CALENDAR EVENTS! If you would like us to post all of your calendar events for you, ask us for details.
• Payments: Businesses & Non-Profits need to pay for 12 months in advance to receive the listed package rates. Package prices are based on a one year contract.
  • If you would like to have your listing split into 2 payments, there is a 10% surcharge added to your listing fee.
  • If you would like to pay on a monthly basis for a listing, it is $50 per month. (This cannot be applied to the annual fee if you decide to convert.) The reason we do not encourage the monthly format is that it is not a service to the parents. Our site works because parents know they can find resources year round.
• Rates are effective October 1, 2008. Rates are subject to change without notice.
