    Staying In The Business

    April 5th, 2011 by admin

I’ve been working with a toaster oven making company as the Marketing Manager for four years already. Just recently the company is undergoing a massive expansion, and therefore it is my duty to prepare advertising campaigns and commercials to spread the word as a new kind of the company’s best toaster oven is on its way into the market. The finance department will have to articulate and approve the budgets sent in from the Marketing Department. It would take the company to do a lot of fighting in order to stay as the market leader with the presence well established competitors, who have their very own toaster oven. Therefore differentiation is a very important strategic direction that the company will need to undertake.
